St Anne’s Church Hall is a flexible community facility available to hire from 8am – 11pm, seven days a week.
The facilities include the Main Hall, the Stage and the Upper Hall. Each can be hired separately or in combination for your event.
We hire our community hall to regular users, and occasional users for one off parties, events, meetings or conferences.
Wi-Fi is available on request.

What is available?


The Main Hall and Kitchen is fully accessible, with female, male and disabled WC. There is a small kitchen area and toilets on the Stage. There are stairs to the Upper Hall.
The Main Hall and Stage combined can accommodate 150 people for a sit-down meal.
The Main Hall is equipped with Wi-Fi, big screen, projector and sound system. All are available on request.
The use of the Kitchen is included in the price for the Main Hall and may also be available for other users hiring a different part of the building.
The Hall has the capacity to accommodate a Children’s Bouncy Castle (Max height: 3m or 10ft).

Main Hall
Capacity: 120 dancing or 100 seated
Community Adult Hire: £150 for up to 2 hours, £250 for up to 4 hours and £450 for up to 8 hours
Business Hire: £80 per hour, (additional £20 for Upper Hall or Stage)
Children’s Parties: £100 for 4 hours, with £20 fee for use of a bouncy castle, (additional £20 for Stage)
Regular users: £24 per hour
Charities: Price on application

Upper Hall
Capacity: 40 seated
General Hire: £20 per hour
Regular Users: £18 per hour

Stage
Capacity: 30 seated
With small kitchen area to make drinks
General Hire: £20 per hour
Regular Users: £18 per hour

Church
We also offer the main church for hire.
Capacity: 120 people seated

For all adult events a refundable Good Housekeeping deposit of £100 is required, payable on completing the booking forms. When the key is returned, hirers will receive their deposit in full provided the area of the Hall used has been left clean and undamaged.
Concerts and parties with music welcome. Extensive free on street parking. Please be respectful of our neighbours in this residential area.
We only have limited facilities for recycling and general waste. All hirers are requested to remove their waste and recycling and dispose of it lawfully off site.
Children’s parties: £100 hire for four hours (to include setting up and clearing away) in the Main Hall (£25 per hour for additional hours and £20 per hour for additional use of stage space). Extra fee of £20 for use of bouncy castle (max height 3m/10ft). Hirers are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance cover for bouncy castle. All with a £50 deposit payable on completing booking paperwork.
